Reach and Releasee

Reach and Release is desigend to be a way for you to release the tention in your body and ground your body to the earth for the month coming.  You will enjoy a total body stretch, goal setting and reiki.  You will need your Yoga matt, Journal, Water Bottle and the goals you have for the next month.
